Although private browsing mode may seem a little suspect, allowing you to hide your identity online, it actually has a great number of business uses that can help you every day.
Of course, it will prevent a browser or website being able to track your activity. But it can also prove indispensable for checking your website keyword rankings as if you’re an unknown user (did you know that Google always presents your most visited sites at the top of its listings, for instance?) and to see ads running that could be targeted to a particular keyword.
